Zorko Legal’s practice includes the development of solutions for the financing and legal support of acquisitions, mergers, syndicated loans, real estate investment projects, general loans and real estate investments. Our colleagues have a high level of expertise in the field of bank financing and refinancing of construction and real estate development projects, as well as in the co-ordination and implementation of foreign and domestic Property Management and Facility Management assignments.

In our project finance assignments, we place great emphasis on ensuring that our clients’ individual needs comply with the relevant national and international standards and on preparing complex documentation, including a review of the contractor’s legal relationship and relevant contracts and agreements. We provide our clients with a full range of legal advice and representation, from legal due diligence, drafting of contract documentation and security arrangements to obtaining permits and licences, right through to project completion.
