Dr. Zorkóczy Tamás Law Office was founded in 2012 by Dr. Tamás Zorkóczy, a lawyer with more than 12 years of experience in large corporate and international law.

Zorko Legal provides a full range of legal services primarily to domestic and international companies, other organisations and individuals. Our office specialises in business law and real estate law, providing efficient and fast legal advice on real estate management, development and utilisation matters, while maintaining the same high standards. In recent years, we have been involved in a number of transactions relating to the construction, leasing and development of shopping centres, sports facilities and office buildings in Hungary and abroad.

In addition to the above, our expertise also extends to corporate acquisitions, project finance and specialised legal services for cross-border transactions, as well as full property management and facility management. Our express specification is to support international and domestic real estate and corporate transactions, which includes the full range of related contractual, financing and refinancing aspects, as well as the related collateral arrangements.
